We share your data with the technologies and platforms this website is built upon and relies upon to operate.  For example, Google collects information utilizing their cloud api services and Analytics product.  Wordpress is the platform of this site and may collect your profile information if you are logged in to a WordPress account.  We utilize several technological software companies that log security data for protection and analysis.  We do not proactively share your information or digital footprint with any service but by nature of running a cloud hosted website and using marketing tools to measure this website’s health, security, search engine health, etc your digital profile may gathered into those tools and platforms to facilitate operation.  If you have any questions about what specific entities may have some information about your visit to this website please contact us.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How we protect your data

Our site is secured with plugins and technology to keep your data safe and as private as possible.  We use the “https” protocol to serve your information and check for and restrict suspicious activity on our website.  We do not physically store any of your data inhouse and utilize secure web hosts for our website.

What data breach procedures we have in place

If we detect unwanted traffic or activity on our site we implement measures to prevent that from occuring.  We can reset all use passwords and we can block any future traffic from suspicious IP addresses. If we notice that we have been breached we will revert to a “secure” version of the website and implement the measure already noted. We will then send password reset requests to registered users.

What third parties we receive data from

We dont receive user data from third parties.  We may pull publicly posted reviews and comments in from 3rd party review and rating sites to feature on our site (attributed to the review sites.)

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We aggregate user data into Google Analytics and into our form submission database. We may create marketing lists based on this digital information.
